What does Ddraig Digital do?

I create affordable, high-quality social media content for small businesses and sole traders. Services include vertical video (Shorts/Reels/TikTok), image-and-text posts, carousels, basic photo editing, platform moderation, and audits of your website or socials.

Why should I pick you over other agencies?

Because I’m cheaper and you’ll have more freedom. I provide predominantly standalone packages that you can use at your leisure, and I don’t schedule any of it for you. Your content is yours to use in any way that you desire.

Who is this for?

Small businesses or individuals on a tight budget who want high quality content from a friendly, personal service.

Where are you based?

I’m based in North Wales and work fully remote with clients across the UK (and beyond).

Do you offer Welsh-language content?

Yes, I can offer bilingual English/Welsh content on request.

What platforms do you cover?

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. I’ll tailor deliverables to each platform’s best practices.

Do you work with charities or community projects?

Yes, and I offer 50% off all of our packages. Just send us an email to get in touch.

Services

Where do you source material for projects?

I will work primarily with any original videos or images that you provide me, before sourcing further images, video and audio from providers such as Canva or Pixabay - all royalty free and commercially licensed, of course.

What is your stance on AI?

I pride myself in being committed to providing authentic, original content at Ddraig Digital, so I use AI sparingly. I use it to automatically generate captions on short-form video, and will occasionally prompt images and backgrounds, but only when I cannot source the desired image from stock material. I will use as little or as much generative AI as you tell me.

What kind of images & videos do you create?

Whatever you would like me to create - whether that be behind-the-scenes footage, product showcases, a series promoting a discount or event, or faceless, educational content. Whatever your scope, I will do our best to provide.

How much control do I have over my finished product?

You have full rights and total control over any images or video that I make for you. You can repurpose them, post them as often as you’d like, and edit them as you wish.

Process & Timelines

How does the onboarding process work?

  • Purchase the product.

  • I’ll then email you with a form to fill out with all of the details of what you would like your content to include.

  • Send the form back to me along with any assets that you would like me to include in your content (company logo, photos, copy etc.) - via Google Drive link.

  • I will then be in touch via email to finalise ideas and details.

  • I’ll then get to work on your content immediately, and will send it back to you via Google Drive within 7 days (excluding time for final revisions, which can take an extra 1-3 days, depending on scope).

  • Feel free to use your content as you desire.

How long will it take for you to complete my project?

It depends on the size and scope of the project, but within a maximum of 14 days, after you send me your form with the proposed requirements.

How is pricing structured?

Clear, tiered packages (Bronze/Silver/Gold) with no hidden extras. My Moderation packages are the only subscription service that I provide.

Is VAT included?

Prices are always shown including VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card or Paypal payments via my secure checkout.

Revisions, Cancellations & Refunds

How many revisions do you provide?

Depending on whether you’ve purchased a Bronze, Silver or Gold tiered package, I’ll include one, two or three revisions.

What if I’m not happy with the revisions or want a refund?

I’ll do our very best to ensure that I work closely with you to provide you with the highest quality of work possible, but as creative time is non-recoverable, I cannot offer a refund if I have worked within your specifications.

A refund will of course be provided, should the finished product be fault or corrupted, or the work isn’t finished within the agreed time or to your agreed specifications.

What companies would you not work with?

Only in very rare circumstances would I politely decline to provide work for your company.

I cannot work with companies or individuals who have posted content such as -

  • Discrimination - against a person(s) based on their age, disability, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or social status.

  • Politically Dubious Messaging - such as hate speech, dehumanisation, extremist support or deliberate misinformation.

  • False Advertising - companies engaging in false or exaggerated advertising such as unrealistic product claims, or edited photography/AI images that present as real and authentic.

  • Controversial Companies - I may not wish to work with companies that could be deemed as controversial, and this is purely at my discretion. This could include companies involved in weapons sales, ecologically damaging practises, or fur farms.

If you’ve already purchased a product(s), I’ll send you a full refund and explain my reasoning.

If I’ve already begun working for you, I’ll send you what we have created so far, and refund you the difference for any unfinished work.
